Finally found a reputable builder and am looking forward to a new home. Has not been able to use the home since the storm. Will have a master bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. This is something that the family is very excited about.

Craig Brearley, Professional architect, sworn, credentials accepted, stated that he has designed the home to match the footprint home is 39.9 feet deep. Home is also fire rated in rear upstairs is the master bedroom and bath. Two bedrooms downstairs and bath. First floor will be built to elevation 12 height will be 24 feet inch.
