THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE
BOROUGH OF POINT PLEASANT BEACH
Regular Meeting minutes– November 2, 2017

The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Bonsper, Curcio and Corona
Absent: Lubing and Cheasty
Also present: Ray Bogan, Authority Attorney, Ray Savacool Authority Engineer and Karen Mills, Clerk

Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of the October 5, 2017 meeting
In favor: Bonsper, Corona and Curcio
Opposed - None

Attorney’s Comment –

Engineer’s comments – The town will be upgrading the Little League lot and the Laurel
Avenue lot in the Spring.


Chairman’s Update – Lenny and Public Works did a wonderful job cleaning up Borden’s lot for the Laurita Wine and Food Truck festival. Everything went well except the rain on Sunday – they cancelled the event for that day.



Councilman Cortes – Absent

Commissioner Curcio stated that he and John Trout fixed the rails by Borden’s lot and everything went well. He commented that there are more dead tree branches that should be removed from the overhanging trees.




Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve payment of the following vouchers
