THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE
BOROUGH OF POINT PLEASANT BEACH
Regular Meeting minutes– October 5, 2017

The meeting of the Point Pleasant Beach Parking Authority was officially opened at 6:00 p.m. at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Open Public Meetings Act Statement was read into the record
Present: Commissioner Cheasty, Bonsper, Lubin, Curcio and Corona

Also present: Ray Bogan, Authority Attorney, Ray Savacool Authority Engineer and Karen Mills, Clerk

Motion by Commissioner Curcio, second by Commissioner Corona to memorialize the minutes of the September 7, 2017 meeting
In favor: Cheasty, Bonsper, Lubin, Corona and Curcio
Opposed - None

Attorney’s Comment –

Engineer’s comments – Will talk to John Trout about upgrading the Little League lot (not an authority lot) and the lot by the first aid building. They are really deteriorating.


Chairman’s Update – Will contact Clean Cut about weeds by First aid parking lot also contact John Trout about assisting with Borden parking lot clean up and removal of dead branches on north west side of parking lot. Will also ask John Trout to pick up split rail for Borden’s lot. We received the lease check from the River Market and they also paid the attorney’s fees.

Councilman Cortes – Absent

Commissioner Curcio stated that he checked the rails by Borden’s lot and we will need 18 – 11 foot split rails to fix. Also he would lend the County roller to help fix the Little League lot which technically is not an authority lot.




Motion by Commissioner Corona, second by Commissioner Curcio to approve payment of the following vouchers
