Barrel assignments were reviewed and assigned. Garden spots were also assigned. Gary will prepare documentation for distribution.

Andy Cortes to check when the planter at Boro Hall is to be repaired. He stated tree replacement downtown is ongoing, sidewalks will be repaired and the new trees should mature at only 18-20 feet.

Andy will also check with DPW as to using the bucket truck to take down the Christmas wreaths in town. Three teams will be needed to help otherwise.

Sue Deitz stated that a new shade tree is needed at the Randall Ave. garden. She will decide what type.

Gary, Penny and Jacqui Reid talked to Margo at Barlow's about barrel plantings. Currently using vinca and rudbeckia. Since the rudbeckia wilts midsummer, it was suggested to replace the rudbeckoa with dipladenia vine (needs no staking) and Lantana,l depending on cost. We will concentrate on the barrels this year. They will need feeding twice and some new soil (bags or a load dumped), and fertilizer. This will all be decided at the March meeting. The flower order needs to sent in by the end of March.

The boat parade will be May 20.

Meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm.
